1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.
2. Strong client book management skills preferred.
3. Desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
4. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
5. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
