Celine Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Integrate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
- Comply with all company policies.
- Capture and input all relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
$18 - $25 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
