1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and in-depth product knowledge.
2. Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations, utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.
3. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and support collective goals.
4. Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing unparalleled service and cultivating long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling.
5. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
6. Serve as a CELINE brand ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
7. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation to uphold CELINE’s sophisticated brand image.

1. At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.

3. Initiative, service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
4. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
5. Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
6. Proficiency in Danish and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
