- Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and support the achievement of both individual and collective goals.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized service, cultivating loyalty and long-term client relationships.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Embody CELINE's values and excellence in every client interaction, maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
