1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies.
4. Capture and input all relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn various software packages.
2. Strong client book management skills preferred.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
4. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $24.50 hourly, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
