1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems.
2. Strong client book preferred.
3. Desire to work in a retail setting with a sales focus.
4. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $21 - $24.50 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
