1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book management skills are preferred.
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented and customer-focused.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
