1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies.
4. Collect and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
3. Possession of a client book is highly preferred.

1. Strong desire to work in a retail sales setting.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Technological proficiency and adaptability to new software.
4. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of three years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
