1. Contribute to the brand's development in the local market as part of the retail team.
2. Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
3. Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
4. Drive the utilization of the client book and implement CRM strategies.
5. Share product stories and expertise with customers and train teams on new products and merchandise.
6. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
7. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest ideas for continued development.
9. Act as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group.
10. Embody the Celine spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in a sales and/or customer service role within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide an exceptional customer experience.
3. Aptitude for challenges and a strong team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
