- Drive sales and exceed targets by demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, building and nurturing lasting relationships through personalized clienteling.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines for smooth store operations.
- Participate actively in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the brand's values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Initiative and a sense of service.
- Natural curiosity, open-mindedness, and optimism.
- Empathy and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
