1. Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
2. Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
3. Drive the utilization of the client book and implement CRM strategies.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers and train the team on new products and merchandise.
5. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly rotating inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
6. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
7. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest ideas for development.
8. Act as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand's spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in a sales and/or customer service role within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences.
3. A taste for challenge and a strong team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 2 years in sales and/or customer service role in the fashion or luxury sector.
