1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
2. Strong client book management skills preferred.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
4. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
