1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, and other service-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
3. Proficiency in using various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $22 - $27 hourly, depending on relevant skills and experience.
