1. Welcome and ensure clients feel comfortable in the store environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain privileged and lasting customer relationships.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Act as an ambassador of CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent experience.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Challenge-oriented with a team spirit.
4. Service-oriented with natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
