- Welcome all clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
- Provide exemplary customer service and product advice.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Participate actively in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand.
- Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Excellent service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
