1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Proactively propose complementary products.
6. Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with clients.
7. Participate actively in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Represent CELINE and the LVMH Group as a brand ambassador, embodying creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Excellent sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sector.
