1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
2. Contribute to sales growth and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying CELINE's spirit and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Strong sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
