- Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively and boldly.
- Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Strong sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Chinese
A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
