- Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively.
- Build and maintain privileged, lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand.
- Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for an optimal experience.
- Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
