Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand.
- Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group.
- Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector
Skills
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs
- Team spirit and taste for challenge
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy
- Fluent in German and English; a third language is a plus
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
Education Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree
