1. Contribute to sales development and achieve common sales objectives.
2. Welcome and advise customers, providing exemplary customer service.
3. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
4. Propose complementary products proactively and boldly.
5. Build and maintain privileged, lasting relationships with customers.
6. Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
9. Serve as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group, embracing the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal experiences
3. Challenge-oriented with a strong team spirit
4. Service-oriented, naturally curious, open-minded, optimistic, and empathetic
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous

A minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master's or Bachelor's degree
