- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and support collective goals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring memorable interactions with CELINE.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling and cross-selling strategies.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Initiative, sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
