- Lead the monthly sales forecasting process, considering market specificities and events, with a strong product affinity and data-driven approach.
- Prepare and facilitate the monthly Sales Plan review meeting with the central Business Planning team.
- Establish KPIs to measure forecast performance, sales tracking, and seasonal product management, aiding business steering.
- Manage the Best Estimate process in collaboration with Merchandising Zone and Finance teams.
- Coordinate buying session preparations and define purchasing budgets (Open to Buy) with the central Business Planning team.
- Ensure the balance of the Sales Plan for the zone and validate purchasing ambitions with the Merchandising team.
- Oversee distribution processes for Women's Accessories and Second Life categories, ensuring product availability across Retail and Digital networks.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and stores to maintain stock breadth and depth.
- Lead the monthly rebalancing process to optimize seasonal product sell-through.
- Play a key role in Anaplan Business Planning project transformations.
- Act as a data and reporting reference, enhancing existing reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
- Degree from an engineering or business school, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Proficient in handling large volumes of numerical data with strict accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills to verify data consistency across sources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Rigorous, autonomous, flexible, proactive, and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Anaplan, and Power BI.
- Strong product sense and understanding of the luxury universe.
- Fluent in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales forecasting or business planning is required.
Degree from an engineering or business school, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain.
