1. Oversee international transportation, managing imports and exports in collaboration with central teams, forwarders, and brokers.
2. Ensure compliance with transportation policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
3. Coordinate and manage invoice handling for both imports and exports of all products.
4. Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, costs, and efficiency of shipments.
5. Build and maintain relationships with forwarders and brokers.
6. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Warehousing team to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Lead projects including import/export, local audits, and international transportation.
8. Analyze statistical data to determine transportation flow KPIs.
9. Ensure IT systems are effective, maintained, and accurate.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation.
2. Experience in transportation/logistics projects is advantageous.
3. Experience in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus.

6. Fluency in Japanese and English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, with additional experience in logistics projects and the luxury/fashion sector considered beneficial.

University degree or equivalent experience.
