Assistant Transportation Manager

1. Oversee international transportation, managing imports and exports.
2. Coordinate with central team, forwarders, and brokers to strengthen transportation operations.
3. Ensure compliance with transportation policies, procedures, and safety rules.
4. Handle invoices for imports and exports of all products.
5. Track quality, quantity, delivery times, costs, and efficiency.
6. Ensure timely delivery and placement of shipments/products.
7. Resolve complaints and problems.
8. Build and manage relationships with forwarders and brokers.
9. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Warehousing team to improve operational efficiency.
10. Manage projects including import/export, local audits, and international transportation.
11. Analyze statistical data to determine transportation flow KPIs.
12. Ensure IT systems are effective, maintained, and accurate.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation.
2. Experience in Transportation/Logistics projects is a plus.
3. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.
