1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, material sheets, and racks.
2. Maintain collection information in the CLIP system.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing collection invoices, tracking collection shipments, and managing dispatches and receipts.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Coordinate with various departments including marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Provide general assistance with collection-related tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking practical exposure in the luxury fashion industry.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
