1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, material sheets, and racks.
2. Maintain collection information in the CLIP system.
3. Assist with administrative follow-up, including processing collection invoices, tracking shipments, and managing receptions.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (4th or 5th year) in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Fashion, or equivalent.
