1. Assist the Product Owner team in drafting technical specifications and acceptance test criteria.

3. Contribute to the management of the Seamless backlog.
4. Support the current AMS L3 team in investigating the root causes of production incidents.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering (Bac+5).

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
2. Result-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
4. Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
5. Strong interest in Customer Experience.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic and excellence-driven environment.
7. Capability to collaborate in an international and multicultural setting.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
9. Fluency in English.

A preliminary experience in project management using Agile methodology is advantageous.
