3. Contribute to the monitoring of the Seamless backlog.
4. Support the current AMS L3 team in investigating the root causes of production incidents.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Engineering.

1. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
2. Result-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
4. Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
5. A strong interest in Customer Experience.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-excellence environment.
7. Capability to work and collaborate in an international and multicultural setting.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of listening.
9. Fluency in English.

A first experience in project management using Agile methodology is advantageous.
