1. Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators.
2. Prepare monthly review meetings with quality directors and regional teams.
3. Assist in the follow-up of after-sales service requests, including product recalls and quality expertise.
4. Participate in the development and monitoring of supplier process audits.
5. Support quality teams in managing customer complaints through analysis, categorization, and action plans.
6. Document and update after-sales quality processes, including destruction, storage guides, and warehouse quality control.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
2. Previous internship or gap year experience preferred.

1. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a reputation for reliability and rigor.
2. Dynamic, curious, versatile, and autonomous with a preference for teamwork.
3. Eagerness to learn and a penchant for challenges.
4. Analytical and interpersonal skills with a sensitivity to service and luxury sectors.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Entry-level, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in after-sales, quality, or production roles.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, university, or equivalent.
