1. Identify and coordinate external talents such as photographers, stylists, and makeup artists.
2. Conduct creative research and maintain creative watch.
3. Support the organization and follow-up of fashion shows.
4. Collect and organize mandatory documents including contracts for freelancers and other service providers.
5. Coordinate logistics with service providers as needed.
6. Organize and oversee photo shoots, manage schedules, and ensure operational coordination.
7. Assist during photo shoots to ensure smooth operations.
8. Prepare and monitor contractual and legal documentation.
9. Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
10. Archive and organize production-related documents.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion, communication, or business school.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required.
