Celine Art Buying and Production Intern

- Identify and coordinate external talents such as photographers, stylists, and makeup artists.
- Conduct creative research and maintain creative watch.
- Support the organization and follow-up of fashion shows.
- Collect and organize mandatory documents including contracts for freelancers and other service providers.
- Coordinate logistics with service providers as needed.
- Organize and oversee photo shoots, manage schedules, and ensure operational coordination.
- Assist during photo shoots to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and monitor contractual and legal documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Archive and organize production-related documents.
- Currently enrolled in a fashion, communication, or business school.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required.
