1. Identify and coordinate external talents such as photographers, stylists, and makeup artists.
2. Conduct creative research and monitoring.
3. Support the organization and follow-up of fashion shows.
4. Collect and organize mandatory documents such as contracts for freelancers and other service providers.
5. Occasionally coordinate logistics with service providers.
6. Organize and monitor photo shoots, manage schedules, and coordinate operations.
7. Assist during photo shoots to ensure smooth operational flow.
8. Prepare and track contractual and legal documentation.
9. Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
10. Archive and file documents related to productions.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion, communication, or business school.
