1. Identify and coordinate external talents such as photographers, stylists, and makeup artists.
2. Conduct creative research and trend monitoring.
3. Support the organization and follow-up of fashion shows.
4. Collect and organize mandatory documents such as contracts for freelancers and other service providers.
5. Occasionally coordinate logistics with service providers.
6. Organize and oversee photo shoots, manage schedules, and ensure operational coordination.
7. Assist during photo shoots to ensure smooth operations.
8. Prepare and track contractual and legal documentation.
9. Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
10. Archive and file production-related documents.

1. Enrollment in a fashion, communication, or business school.
