1. Input and record supplier invoices for goods, services, and general expenses using ESKER and JDE (future SAP), adhering to internal procedures and tax regulations.
2. Process purchase requests on ESKER and manage invoices without orders.
3. Monitor invoices pending validation or with discrepancies, initiating appropriate follow-ups.
4. Reconcile supplier accounts, analyze discrepancies, and correct inconsistencies.
5. Contribute to the review of the supplier balance, ensuring data reliability and quality reporting.
6. Verify and correct errors related to payment rejections, in collaboration with the Treasury department.
7. Collaborate with purchasing, management control, general accounting, and treasury teams.
8. Participate in transformation projects: tool evolution (SAP), process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

1. Minimum diploma Bac +2 in accounting/management/finance (BTS CG, DUT GEA, or equivalent).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable accounting within a structured environment (group, multi-company, or retail).

1. Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools (JDE, ESKER, SAP is an advantage).
2. Meticulousness, methodical approach, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
3. Responsiveness, reliability, and teamwork spirit.
4. Comfortable in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

A minimum of 5 years in accounts payable accounting within a structured setting is required.

Minimum diploma Bac +2 in accounting/management/finance.
