1. Execute administrative tasks related to client and stock repairs, including repair registration, audits, diagnosis, cost estimate creation, materials posting, parts delay management, billing, payment processing, and final invoicing.
2. Manage logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper product movement and coordinating courier services.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cartier's brand and products to effectively convey its heritage and values.
4. Ensure compliance with Cartier's security and operational procedures.
5. Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold Cartier's image across all communication channels.

1. Associate or Bachelor's degree

1. Proficiency in SAP or similar customer service programs
2. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
3. Proactive and solutions-oriented attitude
4. Strong independent and team collaboration skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in customer service or a related field with strong data processing capabilities is required.

Associate or Bachelor's degree

Expected salary range is $25-$30 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
