1. Guide clients from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location, ensuring a seamless transition.
2. Provide clear and accurate directions, enhancing client confidence in navigating to the temporary boutique.
3. Address client inquiries regarding company or product history with professionalism.
4. Act as the first point of contact for clients, offering prompt and courteous support.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure they feel valued.
6. Collaborate with team members or escalate client concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary.
7. Utilize technology platforms and systems to facilitate client assistance.
8. Adapt to new tools and processes to improve efficiency and provide feedback to enhance the client journey.
9. Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible.
