- Guide clients from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide clear and accurate directions, enhancing client confidence in navigating to the temporary boutique.
- Address client inquiries regarding company or product history with professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, offering prompt and courteous support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure they feel valued.
- Collaborate with team members or escalate client concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Utilize technology platforms and systems to facilitate client assistance.
- Adapt to new tools and processes to improve efficiency and provide feedback to enhance the client journey.
- Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the brand's image.
- Support the team with general operational tasks as needed.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and strong computer skills.
- Capability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are advantageous.
