- Guide clients from the boutique construction site to the temporary boutique location, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide clear and accurate directions, instilling confidence in clients navigating the resort.
- Address client inquiries regarding the brand or product history with professionalism.
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, offering prompt and courteous support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure they feel valued.
- Collaborate with team members or escalate client concerns as necessary.
- Utilize technology platforms to facilitate client assistance and enhance the client journey.
- Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the brand's image.
- Support the team with general operational tasks as needed.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and strong computer skills.
- Capability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Additional language skills in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Arabic are advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability with a strong moral compass.
