2. Assemble mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements with precision.
3. Gain foundational skills in micromechanics, including filing, turning on lathe 70, and metrology.
4. Engage in hands-on experience with watch casing, bracelet fitting, and case assembly.
5. Complete various internships within the company to gain practical industry experience.
