1. Participate in a two-year training program leading to a Federal Vocational Training Certificate in watchmaking.
2. Assemble mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements with precision.
3. Gain foundational skills in micromechanics, including filing, turning on lathe 70, and metrology.
4. Engage in hands-on experience with watch casing, bracelet fitting, and case assembly.
5. Complete various internships within the company to gain practical industry experience.

1. Completion of compulsory education with a strong proficiency in mathematics.
2. Demonstrated interest in horological products.
