Cartier Watches Merchandiser

- Assess supply needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve sales targets and maintain ideal stock levels across boutiques and watch specialist partners.
- Develop and implement stock, assortment, and stock value targets for the market.
- Review and update assortments in collaboration with boutiques, the commercial team, marketing, and central operations.
- Ensure product availability for points of sale and retail boutiques.
- Monitor product life cycle and replenishment.
- Collaborate with central operations to ensure sufficient replenishment and establish appropriate stock policies.
- Work with product managers on novelty launches and sales forecasts.
- Analyze sell-out and rotation by point of sale to create allocation plans.
- Optimize stock quality within the designated zone.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
- Relevant experience in merchandising or supply chain within a commercial or retail environment.
