Cartier Visual Merchandising Manager

- Ensure consistent representation of the Cartier brand image across retail and wholesale networks.
- Enhance product visibility and maximize offer performance.
- Adapt global and regional visual merchandising strategies to local markets.
- Execute merchandising strategies for various product categories.
- Manage a team of three and oversee a network of six boutiques and two watch specialists.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance client experience.
- Support product marketing in product launches and budget management.
- Implement international concepts for exterior windows and internal showcases.
- Develop bespoke windows for significant local events and celebrations.
- Deliver leadership and training programs for the boutique VM community.
- Manage and oversee the Visual Merchandising budget.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in retail or selective distribution with a VM background.
- Degree at College or University level.
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Creative and solution-oriented.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is a plus.
A minimum of 6 to 8 years in a retail or selective distribution role with a focus on visual merchandising.
Degree at College or University level.
