Cartier Visual Merchandising and Store Design Planning Intern

- Prepare orders for product launches, managing point of sale materials for both Retail and Distributor markets using Excel and SAP.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries of point of sale materials to various commercial touchpoints.
- Create purchase orders and manage vendor interactions, coordinating with the local finance department and various vendors.
- Prepare reporting documents for local management and Headquarters.
- Manage storage of point of sale materials in external warehouses and retail environments.
- Assist with administrative and budgetary tasks.
- Contribute to the coordination of architectural maintenance of stores, ensuring they are in perfect condition and safe.
- Update maintenance manuals to ensure procedures and contacts are current.
- Support the construction manager with ordering and delivery of supplied items for projects.
- Coordinate furniture refurbishment for boutiques.
- Create reports and progression updates for construction projects.
- Assist with administrative and budgetary tasks using Excel and SAP.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and basic building maintenance.
- Sense of aesthetics and creativity.
- Fluent in English.
- Available 5 days a week.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
- Organized and eager to learn.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Benelux and Nordics market.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with architectural or design concepts is preferred.
Enrollment in an Architecture, Design, Construction, or Business-related program is required.
Paid internship with commuting allowance.
