Cartier Visual Merchandising & Store Design Planning Intern

- Prepare orders for product launches for point of sale materials in both Retail and Distributors markets using Excel and SAP.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries of point of sale materials to various commercial touchpoints.
- Create purchase orders and manage vendor relations and financial needs in SAP, coordinating with the local finance department and vendors.
- Prepare reporting documents for local management and headquarters.
- Manage storage of point of sale materials in external warehouses and retail environments.
- Assist with administrative and budgetary tasks.
- Contribute to the coordination of architectural maintenance of stores, ensuring they are in perfect condition and safe.
- Update maintenance manuals to keep procedures and contacts current.
- Support the construction manager with ordering and delivery of supplied items for projects.
- Coordinate furniture refurbishment for boutiques.
- Create reports and progression updates for the construction manager.
- Assist with administrative and budgetary tasks using Excel and SAP.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and basic building maintenance knowledge.
- Sense of aesthetics and creativity.
- Strong computer skills, including Autocad, Excel, PPT, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with numbers.
- Organized and eager to learn.
- Flexible and able to travel within the Benelux and Nordics market.
- Fluent in English.
- Available 5 days a week.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with architectural drawings and building maintenance is advantageous.
Enrollment in an Architecture/Design school, Construction, or Business-related field is required for the duration of the internship.
Paid internship, including commuting allowance.
