Cartier VIP Experience Project Manager

- Serve as an ambassador for Cartier, enhancing the experience of top VVIP clients in the UAE.
- Coordinate the participation of selected VVIPs in Cartier’s High-End events, both internationally and regionally, ensuring a bespoke experience.
- Explore and develop new gift ideas and bespoke items for selected VVIP clients.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for the execution and delivery of gifts to VIPs.
- Design, develop, and implement a bespoke journey for selected VIPs attending High-End events, ensuring full orchestration.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for clients.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in events, PR, marketing, VIP client services, celebrities, or press.
- Experience in the luxury industry or with high-end, VIP clients is preferred.
- Resilience to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of event organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in events, PR, marketing, VIP client services, celebrities, or press, ideally within the luxury sector.
