1. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to implement strategic plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Facilitate workshops and rituals to enhance inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
3. Measure and lead initiatives to bolster team engagement and improve employee experience.
4. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Coordinate a network of ambassadors to widely promote company values and ambitions.
6. Disseminate project information to encourage involvement and provide clarity.
7. Share and leverage best practices within the Cartier Joaillerie International Transformation community.
8. Establish connections with other group manufactures to ensure synergy.
9. Frame projects including team setup, scheduling, governance, and objectives.
10. Coordinate project progress with stakeholders and sponsors.
11. Ensure global capacity alignment and report to dedicated governance bodies.
12. Communicate project achievements to highlight team contributions.
13. Ensure attainment of defined results.
14. Gather business needs and propose ideas for organizational improvement and transformation.
15. Document processes and formalize operational standards.
16. Train and communicate changes to stakeholders and provide coaching for standard implementation.

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Significant experience in strategic and cross-functional project management.

Significant experience in strategic and cross-functional project management, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and operational efficiency.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
