Cartier Transformation Project Manager

- Ensure attainment of defined results.

- Document processes and formalize operational standards.
- Train and communicate changes to stakeholders and provide coaching for standard implementation.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience in strategic and cross-functional project management.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing.
- Natural leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
