Cartier Training Assistant Intern

- Assist in the strategy and deployment of training programs for both headquarters and retail staff.
- Ensure effective communication of training activities across the network.
- Plan and organize training cycles, ensuring their smooth execution.
- Prepare training dossiers and liaise with various service providers.
- Manage administrative formalities and budget tracking related to training.
- Construct and analyze monthly training activity reports and satisfaction measurement tools.
- Participate in the creation of training content, both in-class and digital.
- Contribute to active monitoring of new training methods and partnerships.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Previous significant experience of 6 months required.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English.
- Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proactive with strong prioritization skills.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of the Maison, and ongoing support throughout the internship. Upon completion, a review with Human Resources will be conducted to explore potential opportunities within the Maison and the Richemont Group.
