Cartier Trade Marketing Coordinator

- Support the planning and execution of trade and on-counter activations across the Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and VM Project Manager to maintain Cartier Parfums’ visual identity.
- Coordinate and track on-counter animation plans and manage quotations and invoicing.
- Consolidate local action plans and internal reporting.
- Develop client journey strategies for trade activations, including personalization and gifting.
- Gather insights on concept development needs and manage a supplier database.
- Coordinate visual updates for CAPEX investments and ephemeral spaces.
- Lead regional reports and monitor competitor activations.
- Assist with e-commerce projects and distribute social media assets.
- Support localization of product knowledge materials and deliver training in Arabic.
- Assist with event logistics and deliver masterclasses in Arabic.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty and/or luxury sectors.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Design.
- Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 2 years in beauty and/or luxury sectors, with a focus on Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Operational Marketing.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Design.
