1. Develop and implement the stamping process for cases, backs, bezels, and jewelry components.
2. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure process quality and efficiency.
3. Adjust presses for the validation of initial pieces, ensuring optimal process initiation.
4. Work with production operators to identify and resolve stamping process issues.
5. Maintain production tools, restoring them to original condition to ensure performance.
6. Ensure tool assembly coherence and tooling compliance, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S.
7. Master techniques for restoring stamping tools, including manual polishing and CNC grinding.
8. Perform manual finishing of components from tool manufacturing, including wire attachment removal, manual polishing, and conventional turning.
9. Conduct first-level maintenance on sector equipment.
10. Perform press tests to establish optimal stamping processes.

1. CFC in Toolmaking/Polymechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong experience in general mechanics, including conventional turning and milling, CNC grinding, and manual finishing.
3. Excellent knowledge of stamping tools and a corrective vision for production issues.
4. Several years of experience in a similar industrial role.

2. Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, and dynamic with a proactive approach and quality-focused mindset.
3. Strong knowledge of measurement tools.

Several years of experience in a similar industrial role, with a strong foundation in general mechanics and toolmaking.

CFC in Toolmaking/Polymechanics or equivalent qualification.
