1. Design and develop volumetric tooling for stamping processes, ensuring comprehensive project execution.
2. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans and documentation for stamping tools.
3. Utilize simulation software to develop manufacturing processes in collaboration with programmers.
4. Define and design stamping tooling as per project requirements.
5. Collaborate with industrial and quality teams to validate phase plans.
6. Oversee product validation, manufacturing process updates, and modifications.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues during the development phase.
8. Contribute expertise in feasibility studies and continuous product and process improvement.

1. Technical training in mechanics and/or design with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software, preferably Solidworks.
3. Knowledge of Forge software is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive approach to product and process optimization.
5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mechanical design or tooling industry.
