- Ensure the smooth execution of electroplating and washing operations, maintaining process stability and reliability.
- Provide technical support for band furnace and hardening furnace operations.
- Prepare, analyze, and adjust galvanic baths, including pH, metal concentration, and temperature.
- Conduct routine maintenance of installations, including weekly machine cleaning and equipment monitoring.
- Supervise treatment cycles, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to monitor quality.
- Manage product, consumable, and chemical waste stocks in compliance with HSE standards.
- Support line managers in communicating values, priorities, and updates.
- Identify and analyze anomalies such as adhesion issues, discoloration, and contamination.
- Conduct necessary sampling and analysis, including pH, concentration, and conductivity.
- Implement corrective actions to secure production.
- Conduct audits and propose improvements to prevent defect recurrence.
- Contribute to the development of new products.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance protocols and technical equipment monitoring.
- Optimize treatment programs and process parameters.
- Standardize work procedures, including job instructions and checklists.
- Propose and validate innovative methods or products.
- Train and support operators in best practices.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and security regulations.
- CFC diploma in electroplating or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of five years of practical experience in electroplating.
- Comprehensive understanding of electroplating processes and associated quality control measures.
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex technical issues related to surface treatments.
- In-depth knowledge of metallurgy is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Meticulous approach to work and strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive mindset.
A minimum of five years in the field of electroplating, preferably within high-precision sectors such as jewelry or watchmaking.
CFC diploma in electroplating or equivalent certification.
