- Manage supplier orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely deliveries, returns, and resolution of disputes.
- Maintain optimal information flow between internal and external stakeholders regarding accessory orders and deliveries.
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams and suppliers, updating systems and informing relevant managers.
- Handle supplier disputes and coordinate with accounting for resolution.
- Manage supplier returns and repairs, updating systems and tracking documents.
- Regularize stock discrepancies.
- Research and input master data for finished product references, ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Prepare documentation for recycling and destruction of finished product references, collaborating with RID for execution.
- Update and share monthly order portfolios and performance indicators with suppliers.
- Inform teams about delivery timelines for open orders.
- Ensure effective communication with the development team to support successful product launches, particularly in the high-end segment.
- Monitor development projects to ensure product availability for dedicated events and manage urgent situations.
- Bachelor's degree in progress or recent graduate seeking first contract position.
- Analytical and technical profile with a keen interest in supply chain tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity to engage with various stakeholders.
